Making a purchase

This site is provided for the exclusive use of the body piercing jewellery trade. Please note that the minimum order is £250.00.

New business customers will need to register before being able to access the catalog or ordering.

When Registration is confirmed, you will receive an email with your username and password. Please ensure that you keep both secure to prevent unauthorised access.

Once registered as a Trade Customer making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. You can review the cart contents at any time. Should you want to do so, you can remove any item about which you have changed your mind. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

If your item is not in stock or needs manufacturing to fill the order, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In any event, we will inform you of the expected date of despatch.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. If you want to check out the current rate of exchange, click HERE to visit "xe.com" ....

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo and Switch . We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Alternitevely, you may wish to print out an invoice and send it to us with with payment in full by cheque.. Cheques should be crossed "a/c Payee" and made payable to "Europierce Worldwide Ltd".

Shipping

Wholesale Orders will be accepted from and delivered to body piercing jewellery traders only. Retail enquiries / orders will be referred to Body-Piercing-Jewellery . com

Every effort is made to fill orders as soon as possible after receipt of the order and once payment has been received and cleared in full. This will normally be fwithin 14 days but please allow up to 28 days.

As soon as the order has been filled, and payment has been received and cleared in full, orders will be despatched via the most appropriate mail service

Orders received late in the day will not be filled until the next day at earliest, and may take a day or two longer. However, if items have to be manufactured to fill your order, you will be advised of the expected despatch date.

Tax

Orders for delivery within the United Kingdom will be charged VAT at the standard UK rate.

Deliveries to other European Union countries will also be charged UK VAT at the standard rate. However, if you wish to claim exemption to VAT, you must provide your full VAT Registration Number. In this case, click the "Exempt" button at checkout to apply Zero Rate to the VAT calculation.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union will be supplied free of UK VAT.

Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

If you are paying through PayPal or Nochex, your card details will be processed and protected through the Paypal secure site. In this event, your card details will not be processed by us Please refer to the appropriate site for full security details.

In the unlikely even that you are not satisfied with the quality or our services or materials, please send an email immediately. Refunds will me made only for jewellery that has not been worn, used or subject to any improper application, and has been returned to us within 15 days of your receipt.
